About
Hi, I'm Nadya
I'm a massage therapist based in Cheltenham, in a home wellness studio, a wife to an amazing husband, and mum to two beautiful children. Like many women, I know firsthand how easy it is to put everyone else's needs before your own.
That experience is what inspired my mission: to encourage women to fill their own cup first. I truly believe that self-care isn't a luxury, it's essential. When we feel rested, relaxed, and cared for, we're better able to show up for the people we love, whether as parents, partners, friends, or simply as ourselves.
I offer relaxing Swedish and deep tissue massage.
Every treatment takes place in a calm, welcoming space where the focus is entirely on you. Whether you're looking to ease muscle tension, reduce stress, or simply enjoy some well-deserved time for yourself, my aim is to help you leave feeling refreshed, renewed, and reconnected.

I had the most wonderful massage with Nadya yesterday, and I honestly can’t recommend her enough!
From the moment I arrived, Nadya was so warm, friendly and welcoming. Her beautiful little cabin, tucked away at the bottom of her garden, is absolutely pristine and such a calming, cosy space. You immediately feel relaxed and comfortable.
I had an hour long back, neck, shoulder and head massage, and it was genuinely one of the loveliest massages I’ve ever had (and I’ve had quite a few!). Nadya takes the time to understand exactly what you’re looking for, discusses pressure beforehand and checks in throughout to make sure you’re comfortable. The fact that she uses natural products is another huge bonus for me.
What really stood out was her attention to the little details. From the energy card and chocolates to a little teabag to take home, everything felt so thoughtful. She even made me a peppermint tea for the drive home, which was such a lovely touch!
I left feeling incredibly light and relaxed and had the most wonderful night’s sleep afterwards.

Everyone reading this, Nadya is truly amazing at what she does, and makes you so comfortable, relaxed, at home, and truly cared for. Genuinely I couldn’t ask for more.
